Besel Fred Ntoko
Mr. Besel Fred Ntoko is a postgraduate student at Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST), studying MSc Information Systems and Data Management and his project in on “Examing attitudes of healthcare administrators towards Health Information Systems in sub-Saharan countries Public healthcare Centers – A Case of Botswana”. He is a graduate from University of Sunderland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering majoring in Programming, Project Management, Web Development and Systems Engineering. His research interests are in e-health, e-governance, e-learning, technology and data management, and mobile security. Mr. Ntoko is an accredited trainer of Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) and he has taught computer related modules at the University of Botswana as a teaching assistant in department of Computer Science and also at ABM University as an assistant lecture in department of Business Information Systems.
